This morning, we met some of our friends at the zoo. On the alligator, we have Xan, Cooper, Peyton, Swayze, Sara Kennedy, Mason, Jett, and Stone. Keaton stayed in the stroller for this one. We practically had the whole zoo to ourselves - it was great. We were a little disappointed that the otter and beaver exhibit was closed, but we saw almost everything else. Mason's favorite animals were the giraffes (of course) and the prairie dogs (he calls them meerkats). We were also sad to discover that the train does not run on Mondays, but some of us road the carousel. Then we had a picnic lunch, and let the kids run around. It was the perfect way to spend such a beautiful morning.
